Ordering & Payment
What payment options are available?
We are pleased to offer many ways for you to pay for your order. We currently accept the following credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Maestro (Switch), Solo, Electron and Paypal. We are also happy to accept payment by cheque and in some circumstances, by BACS transfer. If you would like to pay by these methods, please call or e-mail our customer service team. How do I place an order?
We have designed our site to be as simple as possible, so purchasing from us is even easier than on the high street. When you have found the product you would like to buy, simply click the ‘add to basket’ button. Once you are happy with your order, you can proceed to checkout. If you have already ordered from us before, you will be asked for your e-mail address and password, if not, you will need to complete our simple one-step registration. Once you are signed in, you will be given a chance to review your order, and then pay. Once you have placed the order, we will send you an e-mail receipt, and also let you know once your order has been dispatched. Delivery & Returns
You can expect to take delivery of your order within 3-5 working days. Most orders from us are delivered using our couriers, and will need to be signed for. If you are not in when they attempt to deliver, the driver will leave a card though your door, and try again on the next working day. The driver will not try to deliver the item to your neighbours, unless you tell us otherwise. If there has been no one to accept the delivery on two attempts, you will need to go to the depot to collect the item, or arrange redelivery with us which may incur a charge. Therefore, you may find it more convenient to have your order sent to your work address, or perhaps someone you know will be in; you can select this at the checkout.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Currently we do not offer delivery outside of the UK mainland. All orders must be placed UK based billing & shipping addresses. Call us on 01277 205 631 for more information regarding international purchases.
How do I track my order?
We have made it easy for you to track your order with us. To do so, log into your account, and select the order you wish to track. You will then be able to see where it is in our processes, and if it has been dispatched. A tracking number will be emailed to you upon dispatch of order.
Can I review my order history?
From the 'My Account' section you will be able to see your order history with us. This is useful for checking if your item is still under warranty. To use this, log in to the account you used to make your purchase.
How long do I have to return an item?
You may return any purchase from us within 14 days of delivery for a refund as long as the item is in an 'as new' condition with all the original packaging.
If you are returning your item because have changed your mind, you will be responsible for the safe return of the product to us. If you would like, we can arrange a collection of the item at a charge, which will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that if you are returning your product after your cooling off period, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of delivering the item to you. For the full set of terms, please see our for more informtaion.
